If only own one city building game, "SimCity" should be it.
You'll find yourself managing everything that a city needs
to run - something that normally takes multiple people. 
Building roads, managing finances, providing city services
(health care, police, fire protection), and setting up building 
zones, cover the basics of keeping a city afloat. "SimCity 4" 
is not a perfect game (what game is?). This doesn't stop 
me from saying if you don't own it, you should. You can 
play for hours and not come close to experiencing 
everything "SimCity" has to offer.
"Rush Hour" focuses on upgrading the transportation aspect 
of building a city by adding 10 new types of transportation, 
much of it related to mass transit. The new difficulty levels 
are great for gamers new to the series.
